Dive Team Practice & Meet Schedule
2025 Practice Schedule (all practices at SSC)
Preseason practice (5/27 - 6/11): 6:15-7:15 pm for All Divers, Monday - Thursday
Regular season practice (6/12 - 7/18): 3-4 pm for All Divers, Monday - Friday
Championship/All County practice (7/21, 7/23, 7/25): 3-4 pm for participating divers, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
2025 Meet Schedule
2025 Meets (All meets in evening. Home meets have 5 pm warmups, away meets have 5:30 pm warmups):
Outside of Champs, the All County Meet, and Invitationals, every meet will begin at 6 pm.

June 28 (Sa) & 29 (Su) - Hidden Hollow Invitational @ Hidden Hollow (6/27 practice at HH)
June 30 (M) - Swarthmore @ Rose Valley
July 7 (M) -
Swarthmore @ Pennypacker Country Club
July 13 (Su) - Paul Christiansen Inviational @ Ridley Township Swim Club (7/12 practice at RTSC)
July 14 (M) - Rose Tree Woods @ Swarthmore
July 22 (Tu) - Champs @ Martin’s Dam, 11-12 & 15 and over
July 24 (Th) - Champs @ Rose Tree Woods, 10 and under & 13-14
July 28 (M) - All County Meet @ Rose Tree Woods (7/27 practice at RTW)
Other dates:
SUNDAY, June 1 - Suit fitting from 11 am - 1 pm at the Swim Club.
