We have a lofty goal of raising $15,000 this year to go towards our annual operating costs (ready benches, tents, website, spirit tent, spirit/social items and activities, Friday treats, champs shirts, and more) and are also starting on a larger, multi-year campaign to upgrade our PA system with permanently installed exterior speakers with new PA electronics. These upgrades are much needed to further improve our home meet experience for our team and our guests.
To achieve our goals we need everyone’s help. We can hit our goal if every swimmer raises just $50! Donations of any size are greatly appreciated.
The fundraising expectation is $50 per swimmer or $100 per family.
Raise $25+ per swimmer/ $100 per family:
- pizza party with the coaches (Date and Time TBD)
Raise $50+ per swimmer
- pizza party with the coaches (Date and Time TBD)
- special silicone swim cap
Raise $100+
- all incentives in the $50+ level
- plus quick dry microfiber towel with team logo
Top boy/girl fundraiser in each age group will be coach for the day!
This year, come early and stay late!! Plan on spending the evening with us! We’ll have a Taco Dinner (sold by Blue Rice Cafe) - chicken, shrimp, beef, rice, beans, salad, chips and salsa, cookies, watermelon and lemonade! To register for the Taco Dinner, pre-order on the Blue Rice Cafe app)
Kids will swim during their normal practice time:
4:00-4:45 pm (9-10 Returning Swimmers Only)
4:45-5:15pm (7-8 Returning Swimmers Only)
5:15-5:45 pm 6 & Under
5:45-6:15pm (7-10 New Swimmers Only)
6:15-7:15 pm 11-12
7:15-8:15 pm 13+
