It takes a village! All families are required to volunteer for jobs (or find a sub)

Total number of jobs required for 2025 is 7 jobs per FAMILY (not swimmer); 4 dual meet/ 2 invitational/1 social. Because our social job needs are limited, if you cannot sign up for a social event we ask you take on an additional meet job.

Sign-ups go live at 8AM Sunday, April 27 and are first come, first serve

Plan ahead. Figure out what meets you can work and what roles you’d like to fill before signups start. Some roles fill quickly.

(Please disregard if you ONLY have a Piglet or a 15-18 swimmer(s), or are a seasonal job holder)

*Snack Shack does not provide free food to its workers and/or families.
