Ages 4 to 10

Learn the basics of artistic swimming and develop strong swimming skills.

Swimmers will participate at the City and Annual water shows

Recreational

Beginners 7 years old and up

Will development strong artistic swimming and swimming skills and pass level 1 LTAD (long-term athlete development) testing

Swimmers will participate at city and annual water shows.

May move up to Intermediates in October if invited

11U

Ages 7 to 11

2nd or 3rd year of synchro, will work on artistic swimming technical and performing skills.

Will participate at 2 to 3 invitational competitions and pass level 2 LTAD

12U team 

10 to 12 years

Will commit to the competition schedule and team, must pass level 3 LTAD

Will partcipate to 3 to 4 invitationals and qualifiers. May qualify to Junior Olympics

May tryout for the 12U USA National team

16U

Ages 13-16 years

Any level of synchro!

Swimmers who love the sport but can't commit to a competition season.

They will attend fun invitational meets   

AG Youth

13 to 15 years

Will commit to the competition schedule and team, must pass level 4 LTAD

Will participate to 4 to 6 competitions, may qualify to US Nationals and Junior Olympics.

Swimmers will stay in team rooms for out of town competitions ( 4 athletes per room)

May tryout for the 13-15 USA national team

AG Juniors

15 to 19 years

Will commit to the competition schedule and team, must pass level 5 LTAD

Will participate to 4 to 6 competitions, may qualify to US Nationals and US Open.

Swimmers will stay in team rooms for out of town competitions ( 4 athletes per room)

May tryout for the Junior USA national team

Elite Mermaids

Swimmers from any competition team looking to try out for any National team, college scholarships and high level small routines.

Additional hours will be scheduled weekly.
