Fundraisers

Fundraisers are coordinated by the Fundraising chair which is made up of parent volunteers from the Nevada Desert Mermaids. As a nonprofit organization, we depend on fundraisers to cover expenses that largely include travel for our coaches, chaperones and other incidentals. This allows us to keep membership dues as accessible to the community as possible.

Fundraisers are mandatory for all families to support and participate in. These include dinner-night-outs, ticket sales for our annual Spring Recital, a virtual Popcorn Popup, and others. We welcome ideas for additional fundraising opportunities, as well as potential sponsors who may be interested in supporting our club in exchange for community publicity.
