ALL SWIMMERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH USA SWIMMING BEFORE YOUR TEAM REGISTRATION IS APPROVED.
SWIMMERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE WATER UNTIL THIS REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE. The USA Swimming registration is an annual registration.
Bronze Group swimmers need to register with USA Swimming as a “Flex” Member. The annual fee is $30 and this membership is designed to be used as a “bridge” to welcome new swimmers to competition with a lesser commitment. Swimmers are limited to two (2) sanctioned competitions (meets) per year. Should a swimmer want to compete in more than two meets, they will need to upgrade their USA Swimming membership to a “Premium” swimmer and pay the additional $56 (The Premium membership is $86/year). This membership is only for swimmers 12 & under. *Should a swimmer turn 13 and be in the Bronze group, they will need to upgrade to the Premium membership.
All swimmers in Silver, Gold, Pre-Senior and Senior Groups need to register with USA Swimming as a “Premium” Member with an annual membership of $86. This membership allows for unlimited meet participation.
As part of the Competitive Swim Team, swimmers in Silver, Gold, Pre-Senior and Senior Groups are not eligible for the “Flex” membership.
**Outreach (qualifications)
The outreach membership can assist families in need*, alleviating some of the financial burden associated with participation in our sport. USA Swimming outreach membership offers qualified individuals the opportunity to become a USA Swimming year-round athlete member at the reduced fee of $7. *Proof of low income can be a copy of the tax return, food stamps, WIC, proof of participation in CARES act (on electricity bill usually). Lunch letter only works if it’s issued per student and not the entire school/district.
