USA Swimming’s annual fee for membership is $90 (subject to change by USA Swimming).  This membership is required of all groups and is nonrefundable. For currently registered team athlete’s, USA Swimming Registration will be automatically renewed in November for the next swim year and billed to your December invoice.

USA Swimming offers a discounted fee for those that qualify.  Click here for more information.

There is a USA Swimming transfer fee of $10.30 for swimmers transferring from another team with the Southern California Swimming LSC, providing their registration is current.  This fee will be added to your account when DA receives the invoice from USA Swimming.

ALL SWIMMERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH USA SWIMMING WITHIN 5 DAYS OF JOINING THE TEAM OR YOUR ATHLETE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TRAINING WITH THE TEAM.  The USA Swimming registration is an annual registration.

Bronze Group swimmers (12&Under) can register with USA Swimming as a “Flex” Member. The annual fee is $30.00 and this membership is designed to be used as a “bridge” to welcome new swimmers to competition with a lesser commitment.  Swimmers are limited to two (2) sanctioned competitions (meets) per year.  Should a swimmer sign up to compete in more than two meets, they will be automatically upgraded to a “Premium” swimmer membership and billed the difference between a Flex and Premium membership).  This membership is only for swimmers 12 & under. *Should FLEX member swimmer turn 13, they will be automatically upgraded to the Premium membership and billed the difference.

All swimmers in FitnessTraining (13 & older), Silver, Gold and Senior Groups need to register with USA Swimming as a “Premium” Member with an annual membership of $90.00.  As part of the Competitive Swim Team, swimmers in Silver, Gold and Senior Groups are not eligible for the “Flex” membership. FitnessTraining swimmers that are 12 years old may register as a "Flex" member.

**Outreach (qualifications)

The outreach membership can assist families in need*, alleviating some of the financial burden associated with participation in our sport. USA Swimming outreach membership offers qualified individuals the opportunity to become a USA Swimming year-round athlete member at the reduced fee of $7.  *Proof of low income can be a copy of the tax return, food stamps, WIC, proof of participation in CARES act (on electricity bill usually). Lunch letter only works if it’s issued per student and not the entire school/district.

1.  Go to https://omr.usaswimming.org/

2. Indicate No if you have never registered a swimmer with USA Swimming, then continue.  If you have an existing account, click "yes" and use your login information.

3.  An athlete that is 16 years old or older can register themselves (no parent account needed).  This is why they need to confirm your age.

4.  This is the parent information.  You will not have a Member ID as that is generated when the swimmer is registered.  Again, they are confirming that someone 16 years or older is completing this registration.

5.  Use the link provided to register your swimmer.  This link will register your swimmer as a member of USA Swimming with the team Dolphin Aquatics.  Link:  https://omr.usaswimming.org/omr/welcome/0D0A40D5BA9B76
