Last weekend, Royal competed at Spring Splash in Torrance. This was the first long-course meet in a year for many swimmers, so we had a lot of big-time drops. Royal competed at the Long Course Opener hosted by South Gate. We had 19 swimmers swimming this weekend. We had a great weekend of racing with a lot of improvements. 10 Royal swimmers were represented at the 2025 Spring Age Group Championships in La Mirada. There were a total of 88 teams from Southern California representing at this meet. Our 10 boys helped score 78 points throughout the weekend with final swims from Daniil Starychnko, Valenin Kiselev, Aaron Nie, and several relays.
