Swim Lesson Levels 2-5

  • Swimmers in group lesson levels 2-5 should have a swimsuit (or Happy Nappy if not fully potty trained) and goggles if they choose to wear them. If they choose to use goggles, we recommend investing in a good pair that will last. 

Pre TAG 1.0 and Pre TAG 2.0

Equipment Reminders: 

With Pre TAG 1.0 being a pre-competitive program here at ESS, swimmers are required to wear proper swim attire and bring swim equipment to practice daily. 

Required Swim Attire:

1. Swim Cap and Swim Goggles - swim cap can be latex or silicone. Pre TAG swimmers will be provided one (1) Ensworth Swim School Pre TAG cap on their first day. Additional caps can be purchased by emailing the ESS Leadership Team at [email protected]. 

2. Practice Swim Suit(s) - Recommended Brands include Rise, Kiefer, Arena, Speedo, TYR, Dolphin 

Measure your swimmer prior to purchasing your suit using the sizing chart on the website. Swim suits should fit snug upon purchase.  Practice suits will fade, stretch, and tear over time so make sure to regularly monitor your swimmers suit throughout the school year.

  • Females: ONE PIECE suits only. No two pieces or recreational suits (ruffled, one shoulder, etc.) allowed.
  • Males: JAMMER required. No swim trunks allowed

Required Swim Equipment ​

  • Speedo Jr. Kickboard 
  • Arena Short Fins
  • Speedo Snorkel
  • Mesh Bag (to hold all equipment in)

Label your swimmers equipment with their first and last name in a sharpie on ALL of their swim equipment.  Remember they will be in a group with other swimmers who will have the SAME equipment as them.  All unlabeled equipment left at the end of practice will be put into the Lost & Found.
