The 2017-2018 Age Group Throwdown is finally complete! Results are in: October: Blue group won with leadership and ownership November: Green group won the attendance challenge with 59% attendance. December: White group won the goal sheet reflection challenge. January: Red group won the repeat 100s challenge with 127 points. February: White group won the most best times in practice. Nashville Aquatic Club athletes stormed the competition this Spring as we hosted the 5th Southern Premier Championship! This meet welcomed teams from across the country, bringing a lot of energy and high level competition to our very own pool. February Fire -- FAST IS GOOD Some NAC athlete’s spent the weekend at the pool racing at Southeastern Swimming Region Championships with it being the last attempt to achieve Southern Premier qualifying times. NAC swimmers converged on Knoxville this past weekend along with swimmers from all over the state in order to compete in the TISCA Swimming & Diving Championship meet.
