As temperatures drop and we wrap up the school semester, our focus shifts toward finishing the short course season strong.

Coast Aquatics senior Tripp Gallemore represented Coast last week at the 2025 Speedo Winter Junior Championships in Indianapolis—one of the fastest 18-and-under meets in the country. Racing in three events, Tripp posted two personal bests and set a new team record in the 100 Butterfly.

Congratulations, Tripp, on this outstanding achievement!

Practice Schedule Update

Practice Change – Today Only

Due to the recent temperature drop:

• No practices at Woodlands
• Juniors and Seniors will practice 4:00–5:30 PM in Destin

The Bernie remains closed for maintenance. The remainder of the week is expected to follow the regular schedule, with the exception of the Bernie closure.
