For those new to the team, we have also created a New Swimmer Guide that has lots of information about the sport of competitive swimming. In it you'll find tips for what to expect during practices and everything you need to know about meets. We also have a list of equipment needed, including descriptions, photos and tips on where to purchase. You'll also find a Swim Terms Dictionary to help wtih all the new swim-related lingo!
