Vaca Waves Flow Through Vallejo Meet

Vallejo in April, we had all the weather, well no snow. The Silver 1 and 2 swimmers were ready to race and do some new events long course, and test out what they have been learning in practice.
Tim Lee set a new team record for the 13-14 boys 50 Free when he went 26.22 and he made a Far Western time for the 200 Free.
Olivia Flanagan swam to 4 new JO times in the 50, 100, and 200 Back and the 200 IM.
Halle Kuhar Pitters made the JO time in the 400 Free
Genna Lammon got new A times in the 100 Free and 100 Back
Skyler Carmelich got new A times in the 400 Free, 50, 100, and 200 Breast and 50 Fly
Christopher Ton got a new A time in the 50 Free and a new JO time in the 100 Fly
Sierra Carmelich got new A times in the 100 Back, 200 Breast and 100 Fly and new JO times in the 200 Fly and 400 IM
Georgia Guinan, who turned 13 on Friday, got new 13- 14 JO times in the 400 and 800 Free, and the 100 and 200 Back
Alexio Cabanero got a new JO time in the 200 Breast
Jalen Lloyd got a new JO time in the 200 Breast
Other Silver 1 and 2 swimmers who outstanding weekends were:
Izzy Mitchell who went 4 out of 5 best times
Gabriela Hernandez who went 6 out of 7 best times
From Coach Megan:
Vallejo was an excellent meet for the Black and Red Groups. Each swimmer was excited and came to race! Everyone stepped up and swam fast. I was proud of how each swimmer continued to do a great job in the 50 meter pool. We will continue to work on our technique in practice to have another great meet.
Arlton Cabanero got new JO times in the 50 Free, 100 Free, and 50 Breast.
Johanna Cheek received a new JO time in the 50 Breast.
Sophia Chun achieved a JO time in the 400 Free.
