Friday practice for Silver & Bronze 2 in SR

 
Hello Silver & Bronze 2 families,

Practice on Friday's has been moved up to 5:45 - 7:00 pm.  This will be the official Friday practice time for the next few months.  Sorry for the late notice. 

Note to Siver group athletes: if you are in High school and you are competing for your high school team, Friday's are the day you should attend high school practice and skip Neptunes.

Windsor, Newman & Ursuline high school athletes are invited to Healdsburg on Fridays from 5:30 - 7:00 for a workout since your schools don't offer afternoon practice on Fridays.
