Here is the practcie schedule for Friday July 2 at Ridgway -

Morning practice:

7 - 9 am Elite, Black & Gold (Elite has dryland after swim)

Evening practice is cancelled for these senior groups

Evening practice:

4 -5  Red 1 & 2

4 -5:15 White

4 - 4:45 Bronze 1

4:45 - 5:15 Seahorse 1 & 2

5:30 - 7 Silver, Blue & Bronze 2
