Volunteer Hours update

Dear Neptune Swim Parents:

We are at the end of the swim season and all volunteer hours are now due.  I have heard from may of you already, I wanted to let everyone know I will be doing the final posting this weekend for additional volunteer hours.  The system will be generating the family obligations shortly thereafter.  

To all families, please log into your account and double check that all your hours have been posted.  To the best of my knowledge all the Summer Racing Series have been closed out and should be updated.  If you are unsure that you have notified me regarding your account, PLEASE send me another e-mail.

If you are an exempt family, your “obligation” will show as a “0” hours.  No need to contact me in that circumstance.

Thank you for your patience and once again, I plan to have any remaining updates completed by Sunday, August 15th.
