Notes from Neptune Treasurer

To the Neptune Parents,

It is extremely important that you check your account  this month to
verify your balances. 

During this past billing cycle the following fees are billed on our accounts;
Annual family obligation charge of 120.00 per family
Any past due amounts for swim-a-thon
Unworked volunteer hours charged at 25.00 per hour during the year.

If you believe you have an issue with your account balance.  Please contact
Maggie Brinker at [email protected].

We are trying to give families an opportunity to review their accounts before we
assess a late fee this month.  Additionally, if you find yourself in a situation
where it would be difficult to meet your financial obligations.  Please contact
either Coach Dan or Maggie Brinker . 

This coming October and November billing we will not allow swimmer whom accounts has a large outstanding balance the opportunity to swim until their accounts is current.
