New billing & collection policy as of 1/1/11

Dear Neptune families,

The NEW Neptune Swimming dues collection policy states "all members must set up their account to charge either a credit card or ACH payment by December 31, 2010".  Failure to do this will result in an extra $25 processing fee to help off set the costs of the extra work of processing checks and depositing money orders/cash.
