NO practice 3/4 & 3/7 due to Spring Fling meet

 
Spring Fling starts this Friday at Finley Swim Center and thus practice is cancelled on both Friday, March 4 and Monday, March 7 for all groups.

Practice will resume on Tuesday, March 8.

Seahorse group should come to 3 of the 4 practices offered this week and next.

All Neptunes are encouraged to come to Finley on Friday night, warm up and get used to the racing pool (dive, turns, finishes, etc) and cheer for your fellow Neptune athletes.

Reminder “Dine & Donate” Monday, March 7 at Johnny Garlic’s in Santa Rosa & Windsor. Neptune Swimming will receive 25% back from Johnny Garlic’s.  Be sure to mention Neptune Swimming when ordering.

Volunteer job "sign ups" are online and filling up fast!! Log on and get your hours completed.
