Gold & Silver 6:00-7:30 pm May 16-19

 
Gold and Silver groups will practice earlier this week May 16-19 - practice will be from 6:00-7:30 pm Monday through Thursday with no practice offered on Friday. 

If you are competing at NCS for individual events and/or relays you are strongly encouraged to attend the special NCS practices being held May 16-19 from 3:45-5 pm at Ridgway.

Please help spread the word to your teammates and friends to make sure everyone is aware of the different practice times.
