Friday practice options for Elite, Black, Gold & Silver groups

Hello Elite, Black, Gold & Silver groups,

This Friday (tomorrow) Santa Rosa City Schools has a furlough day and thus school and high school swim practice is cancelled.

Neptune practice options are as follows:

1 - 2:30 pm at Ridgway

or

5 - 6:30 pm at Ridgway

Elite & Black group Saturday morning practice is at Ridgway 7-10 am (swim 7-9, dryland 9:15-10 am)
