volunteer hours updated!
Hello to all Neptune families:
Please note that the U14 meet has officially been closed and all reported additional hours have been posted to date. Check your hours for accuracy and report any missing hours by March 10th to remain within the required 30 day reporting policy. For those of you who have helped at the any other meets or events please remember to report within the reporting timeframe. For anyone unfamiliar with how to check your hours, the following is how to check your hours. Log on the team website and then go to "My Account". Once you are there, click on "$My Invoices/Payments" and go to the "Service Hours" tab. Hope this helps. Please note that you must check your hours and turn in any missing hours within 30 days of the event. Please only report missing hours in the following format: “U14 Swim Meet/Feb 9, 2013/Timing/2.5 hours – Swimmer’s name”. Thank you all for your assistance and support of the swimmers and coaches.
