volunteer hours - final update of the season
Hello to all Neptune families – Last Chance for Volunteer Hours Reporting:
As the 2012-2013 swim season comes to a close we want to say thank you to all who graciously volunteered this season. As the end of the season approached quickly I wanted to remind you that if you have any missing hours WITHIN THE 30 DAY window (in other words, nothing before July 5th will be given credit, do not submit) now is the time to make sure I have the information. Please note that our team bookkeeper will be generating statements soon and she will be billing for any hours that were not fulfilled. Check your hours for accuracy and report any missing hours by August 20th. Everyone should be familiar with checking volunteer hours by now as we have sent multiple reminders, but just in case anyone is still unfamiliar with how to check your hours, follow the following:
Log on the team website and then go to "My Account". Once you are there, click on "$My Invoices/Payments" and go to the "Service Hours" tab.
Hope this helps. Please note that you must check your hours and turn in any missing hours within 30 days of the event. Please only report missing hours in the following format: “Fall Classic Swim Meet/Sept. 22, 2012/Timing/2.5 hours – Swimmer’s name”. Thank you all for your assistance and support of the swimmers and coaches.
