Dear Neptune Swimming,

The annual Officials Clinic is coming up next month​ on October 4th! If you are interested in becoming an official, now is the time! Below you will find a link to our SRN Officials page, explaining the next steps in becoming an official, along with the Pacific Swimming Clinic details.

NEW OFFICIALS: If you’re new to officiating or would like to become an official and haven’t attended any clinics, your first step is to complete the checklist below:

Once you’ve completed the online course, you’re welcome to attend ​our LSC clinic.​ You will want to register for the "Becoming an Official – An Overview"  as your first in-person session.​ There is no need to sign up for an afternoon session, unless one interests you.

EXPERIENCED OFFICIALS: If you’ve already taken the online course or have attended a previous clinic, you are welcome to take any course offered at the clinic.

Registration is Now Open for the LSC-Wide Officials Clinic, Saturday, October 4, 2025

Join Us!

It's time for the annual LSC-Wide Pacific Swimming Officials' Clinic on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the Pleasant Hill Senior Center, 233 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill, CA. Check-in will begin at 8:00 AM. The clinic will begin promptly at 9:00 AM and conclude approximately at 4:30 PM.  

All Pacific Swimming Officials, especially recent Stroke and Turn officials or current Stroke and Turn apprentice officials are welcome to attend. 

​ FOR EXPERIENCED OFFICIALS:

Please register for only TWO sessions you plan to attend – one in the morning and one in the afternoon - that means only two classes per person.  We do not offer an LSC Beginning Stroke and Turn Clinic at this event, so it is recommended you take those courses online prior to the clinic if you have not already. All classes are first come, first serve. Parking at the Senior Center is free but it will fill up - we encourage carpooling or getting here early for the best parking.

8:00 - 8:45 am: Event Check-In, Continental Breakfast and Pre-Order Apparel Pick Up

8:45 - 9:45 am: Opening Remarks and Guest Presentation

10:00 am - 12:00 pm: AM Sessions

  • Chief Judge Clinic

  • Deck Referee

  • Colorado Training AM class (same as PM Class)

1:00 pm - 1:45 pm: Awards Presentation, Raffle, & Clinic Closing Remarks

2:00 pm - 4:00 pm: PM Session
