LOGIN
- I have not received login notifications.
Response Please send an email to [email protected] and someone will respond to you.
- Why am I getting an invalid link?
Response Your email address is not verified, as a result, the system does not recognize your login credentials.
- My email address is verified but I am still not able to login.
Response Please ensure your password meets the requirements outlined i.e. minimum 8 characters, includes a Capital letter, and includes a number. RESET or Click on Forgot your password.
REGISTRATION
- I have registered, paid and submitted but my status is still at ‘Pending Approval’
Response Please register/select classes/lessons so your swimmer is added on the roster. Only then will your status change to ‘Approved’ to secure your spot.
- What is the difference between weekly payment option vs monthly payment option?
Response If you’d rather have 1x/week class session then you’d select 1x/week as your payment option which you’d be then charged per month for the season.
- I can’t find the classes/lessons I want to select.
Response At the lessons registration tab, please ensure to use “Session Filter” and use "Scroll down/up" function to find your desired day/time.
- Why am I being asked to pay again at Lessons Registration when I have already paid?
Response There is no fee allocated in these fields, please follow the prompts. At the next to the last page, you’ll see the message “Do Not Have To Pay”.
- How do I know what days/times to select if I am being asked to pay first?
Response Please use the Schedule posted on the Home Page as a guide.
- But I registered and paid, why is my child not being allowed in for swim practice?
Response Your registration status still remains at “Pending Approval”, this means you must register your swimmer in classes/lessons so they can be on the roster. Once they are registered in classes/lessons, your registration status will be upgraded to “Approved”.
- Could my child still come for swim practice while I sort out the registration process?
Response, Unfortunately, no.
- But I didn’t realize the registration period had closed?
Response Please read all incoming email notifications from RI Marlins to stay abreast of publishing. Periodically check the website for news updates as well.
- My child is a fish in the water and can maneuver his/her way around the pool. Can I register him/her?
Response All new swimmers shall come for tryouts to be evaluated so they may be placed in the correct group for proper advancement. Tryouts are held on Saturdays at 10:30 am at our location.
- I’m not sure which swim group to choose for my swimmer. There’s a “1” there’s a “2” and there's a "3" for instance for Intermediate.

- Are there any guidelines for the registration process?
Response: Yes, under My Account-->Team Tools-->News
Also, under my profile-->Team Resources
- Can you just send me the link to make payment instead?
Response: Registration and payment selection is required for all members (swimmers) during the open registration period.
- It's asking me to pay a processing fee, how can I avoid this processing fee?
Response: Unfortunately, this is a bank mandated fee that cannot be sidestepped.
