Age Group I & II Mix - 4 Days a Week
Group Description:
Our Age Group Mix Program is comprised of swimmers ages 12u who cannot commit to Age Group I training or wish to swim on a part-time basis along with other sports. Swimmers are encouraged to attend swim meets but it is not mandatory.

Googles, kick board, fins, pull buoy, practice/competition swimwear, cap, snorkel
