Age Group I
Group Description: Age Group I is a designed to train our competitive athletes ages 9 to 12 years old, who feel ready to compete. This group focuses on aerobic training and refining their swim technique.

Equipment Needed:
Goggles, kickboard, fins, practice/competition swimwear, pull buoy, cap, snorkel, small paddles
