Senior I Group

Group Description: This is our highest-level competitive training group. This group is comprised of swimmers ages 15 years and older. This high-intensity, high-reward group trains in the pool 5-8 times a week, with additional dryland training. This group focuses on the mastery of racing skills, strategy, and honing their stroke technique.

Mon-Fri 4:30pm to 6:15pm

Fees:
Monthly Fee: $170.00/mo

Annual Registration Fees: $140

USA Swimming membership: $30 for flex (2 meets for the year) or $90 for the year

Needed Equipment: 
Fins, kick board, pull buoy, practice & competition swimwear, drag suit, goggles, cap, snorkel, medium to large paddles, gear bag
