Scholarship Program

The scholarship application window has closed for the Short Course 2023-2024 season. Applications for the Long Course season are due by January 15th, 2024. 

 757swim has established a need-based scholarship program to assist swimmers and families who are unable to afford the full expense of team membership. We will consider applications for both full and partial financial assistance. Scholarship funds are limited, and no applicant is guaranteed to receive assistance. Any award of scholarship funds will be based upon the application and the availability of funds on a first come, first served basis. Click here for the application and more information. The 757swim Board of Directors pledges to keep scholarship requests and financial details strictly confidential. Families who would like to request more information or submit a request for assistance should email the Board Treasurer at [email protected]. 

Virginia Swimming's Outreach Membership program offers eligible families a discount on USA Swimming registration and reimbursement for meet fees. 757swim is happy to assist eligible families with accessing these benefits.  

All 757swim families may also earn financial credit by participating in the Shop with Scrip fundraising program. After a family has met its fundraising obligation, any additional funds raised via Shop with Scrip are credited to the family's account and applied toward monthly expenses such as dues, meet fees, etc.
