The 757swim Aquatic Center will still have lessons during thunderstorms.  It is a grounded facility.

Check-in Procedure:

*Student check-in is located at the front double door of the patio entrance.  Please look for the site manager to let them know your child has arrived.

*There is no access to the locker rooms as those are for 757swim year round team members only (As per U.S. Center for SafeSport).

*Restrooms are available.  ***For safety purposes, in accordance with the U.S. Center for SafeSport, we ask that all swimmers be changed into and out of swimsuits in the restrooms.***

Details of Lessons:

*Students will register online, choosing day and time.  Waivers wll be provided during online registration.

*During lessons parents may sit in the chairs and bleachers in the viewing area. They may not move chairs to sit closer to the pool as it is disruptive to the swimmers and the instructors. 

*Parents should not directly address instructors with concerns about their child’s progress and should instead speak to the site supervisor.  

*Siblings should be seated with parents in the viewing area as their presence next to the pool can be disruptive to swimmers. 

*Upon session completion, students will receive an evaluation and recommendation for the level for continuing lessons.

Exit Procedures:

Families will exit through the double doors by the lessons pool.

Refunds:

*Should 757swim have to unexpectedly close the pool and cancel lessons a makeup class will be offered, although we cannot guarantee it will be on a day you typically have lessons. Should we be unable to offer a makeup class, we will provide a refund for the missed class. No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend the makeup class. 

*No refunds, credits or make-up classes will be given for absences due to illness or other obligations outside of 757swim's control.
