All you have to do to sign up is at  https://www.raiseright.com. You will need the team's access code which is: 82DD83FB5729L

 

Once you sign up you would set up your PrestoPay account (which is their payment method). You also have the option to pay by credit card (they do charge 2.95%, not the best option unless you are getting a higher rebate card).
