New VSI Standards Released for 2025-2028

In swimming, each four year Olympic cycle is known as a "quad" and for every quad, both USA Swimming and Virginia Swimming release new time standards for some events.  Use these links to see all of the new Age Group Champs and Senior Champs qualifying times.  

The Age Group Committee has also decided to add the 50 backstroke, 50 breaststroke, and 50 butterfly to the order of events for Age Group Champs for 13-14 year-olds. Currently there are no time standards for those events so the decision was made to use the qualifying times for the 100s as the standard for entry. As an example, a 13-14 year-old athlete with the qualifying time in the 100 breast can use that time to enter the 50 breast.
