CrossFit 1607 is Moving to WISC!

We are thrilled to announce that CrossFit1607, 757swim's official training partner, is relocating to the WISC this January!  We couldn't be happier for 1607 owners Matt and Michelle Midnight as they take the next step in their journey and expand their space and programming.  To read their full press release CLICK HERE.

I absolutely believe that 757swim is home to the best strength and conditioning program in the state.  Now it is going to be even better.  With the close proximity of the gym to the pool, we will be able to offer enhanced coordination between what is happening in the water and what is happening in the gym.  Plus, what could be more convenient than having the gym just a few steps from the aquatic center?
