Art's passion for swimming led him to recognize that not everyone is ready for the commitment of year-round swimming but still wants to see their child grow in the sport and enjoy a great summer of building friendships in the pool.  This inspired him to create the Southside SeaLions.  As part of our summer league, swimmers will have the opportunity to work with our experienced coaches, learning the fundamentals of swimming as well as enhancing the skills they already possess.  You do not have to be a member of a pool to join our summer league.

The SeaLions hosts practice at 5905 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701.  The practice and meet schedule for the season are provided below.

Monday thru Thursday 11am - 12pm

Monday thru Thursday 8pm - 9pm
