NOVASouth is a midsized team that practices at the Hopewell Community Center (which is very central to most localities, just over the bridge from Enon) during the school year and the Meadowville Landing pool during the six weeks of summer.  We have swimmers of all abilities and commitment levels but all with the same goal of trying to become better.  We are a competitive swim team so the goal is to have swimmers learning correct technique, being consistently at practice, and competing in meets.  We have very low coach to swimmer ratios, a very energetic and experienced coaching staff, and a welcoming membership of parents.  We offer the following programs, more info is on their individual tabs on the website:

NOVASouth competitive USA swim team, groups consistent of Novice Silver through Senior (5 years old to 18 years old).  We focus on not only swimming but also on lifestyle choices and helping to grow our swimmers into successful teens and young adults.
