Fees, Fundraising, and Financial Information

 

NOVA South is a year round swim team.  To join the team parents are required to agree to an 11 month contract with an annual fee based on their swimmer’s practice group.

  • Swimmers in Novice Silver, Novice Gold, and Senior Flex practice groups can resign with 60 days notice if they decide they do not wish to continue swimming
  • Swimmers who move away from the Chester area during their season are released from their contract effective with their move date. 
  • Parents with swimmers in AG1, AG2, Senior Development, and Senior group have a volunteer hours commitment of 10 hours.
  • Swimmers who choose to participate in meets will be billed for meet fees.  More info on that under meets. 
  • All swimmers are invoiced via the website and can choose to pay by ACH or credit card.
  • All families of swimmers in AG1, AG2, Senior Dev, and Senior has a $500 per family annual fundraising due. 
  • All groups have a one time registration fee:  $100 Novice groups, $165 all other groups
  • All swimmers must pay an $88 USA swimming registration fee

 

  • Novice Silver:  For swimmers that can complete a 25 backstroke or freestyle without assistance 

    • Tuesday and Thursday 6:15-7:15 PM 

    • Monthly Fee:  $90

    • Month to month contract, no required volunteer hours, no fundraising

  • Novice Gold:  For swimmers that know three or four strokes but still need technique work 

    • Tuesday, Thursday 6:15-7:15 PM and Sat 8:30-10:00 A.M. 

    • Monthly Fee: $105

    • Month to month contract, no required volunteer hours, no fundraising

  • Age Group I:  For swimmers that know all four strokes 

    • Monday-Thursday:  Dryland 5:45-6:15 PM, Swim 6:15-7:30 PM, Sat 8:30-10 AM

    • Monthly Fee:  $120

    • Annual contract with 60 day resignation clause, fundraising requirement

    • 10 required volunteer hours/family

  • Age Group II:  For swimmers that have advanced past our intro age group program 

    • Monday-Thursday:  Swim 4:45-6:15, dryland 6:15-6:45 PM, Sat 8:30-10 AM

    • Monthly Fee:  $155

    • Annual contract, fundraising requirement

    • 10 required volunteer hours/family

  • Senior Flex:  For swimmers that are multi sport athletes or need more flexibility

    • Practice: Monday+Wednesday 6:15-7:30 PM

    • Monthly Fee:  $125/month

    • Month to month contract, fundraising requirement

    • No required volunteer hours

  • Senior Development:  For swimmers that are on the competitive track

    • Monday-Thursday:  Swim 4:45-6:15, dryland 6:15-6:45 PM, Sat 7-10 AM

    • Optional MWF 4:30-6:30 AM 

    • Monthly Fee:  $175

    • Annual contract, fundraising requirement

    • 10 required volunteer hours/family

  • Senior:  For swimmers that are working towards state and national meet cuts

    • Practice: MWF 4:30-6:30 AM, M-Th 4:45-6:15 PM, dryland 6:15-6:45 PM, Sat 7-10 AM

    • Monthly Fee:  $215

    • Annual contract, fundraising requirement

    • 10 required volunteer hours/family
