Just a reminder that we do have swim practice this week. We are swimming at normal practice times during the 4-6 pm hours at Health Nutz Monday - Thursday of this week. There will be no practice on Friday, December 31st. .

The Ft Eustis meet is the December championship meet for 12 & Unders If you are planning to go, here is the BASS hotel group information. Ft. Eustis - Rooms reserved at Mulberry Inn (1/2 a mile from the pool - at the Ft. Eustis exit) for $89 per night. Each room - 2 double beds, non-smoking, fridge and microwave. Swim Families our Second Meet is comming up shortly! We haven't received the invitation and file to set-up the on-line entry system yet, but please take a minute to look at the Order of Events for the next meet that we did receive tonight. The meet is scheduled for 11/6-7 at the Freedom Center in Manassas. I anticipate that we will only have a short time to enter on-line so I hope this helps for your planning.
