Wedgwood Community Swim Team (Open to Non-Members!)
We are very excited to be able to offer a Community Swim Team Program that is open to Non-Members!
Practices will focus on refining stroke technique, developing endurance and learning basic racing strategies, and the Swim Meets will be a great opportunity to practice their new racing skills!
Open to swimmers ages 5 through 16 years. Participants must be able to swim 25 yards crawl stroke (without stopping) to qualify for the Community Swim Team Program. If your child(ren) have participatedin the Wedgwood Swim Lesson program, swimmers are usually able to swim 25 yards crawl stroke when they graduate from the Beginner 3 level.
Community Swim Team Program Information:
- Practices: Monday-Thursday from 11:30am-12:15pm
- Swim Meets: Fridays from 11am-12pm
Community Swim Team Dates, Summer 2025:
2025 Seasons: (note- Swim Team runs in 4 week seasons)
- Season 1: June 23rd-July 18th (no swim meet Friday, July 4th)
- Season 2: July 21st-August 15th

Registration for SEASON 1:
- Non-Members Previously enrolled in Community Swim Team in Summer 2024: Saturday, February 1st (register via email: [email protected])
- Non-Members Previously Enrolled: Saturday, February 8th at 8am (online)
- Non-Members NOT Previously Enrolled: Saturday, February 22nd at 8am (online)
Registration for SEASON 2:
- Non-Members Previously Enrolled: Thursday, July 17th at 8am (online)
- Non-Members NOT Previously Enrolled: Friday, July 19th at 8am (online)
*Previously enrolled= At least one family member was enrolled in lessons during Summer 2022, 2023 or 2024.
Cost:
- Non-Members: $325 per season (4 weeks)
- Members: $250 per season (4 weeks)
