This is a friendly reminder to check the team calendar weekly for changes in the schedule. Next week there will be no pracitce Monday evening due to Holiday and Thursday evening due to Coaches Meeting.
In order for Coaches to send out emails to each group individually, I have made email groups with each swimmer in their perspective group. I am going to be sending a test to each group in the next 5-10 min, please let me know if you accidentally are getting emails for a group your swimmer is not in or if you are not getting an email at all. Hello Team! We had our final planning meeting tonight for the meet this weekend. There are a couple of things to share: 1. Please look at the job sign-up again and consider signing up for multiple roles. We need some more help. If you can't decide which one to pick, let me know & I'll help you. 2. Eleven teams with 247 swimmers are participating. That's a great turnout. 3. Various activities are at Neenah High School this weekend so it's best to use the Breezewood exit to the school....
The May Fly meet is next weekend. We have an awesome turnout not only from our team but visiting teams as well. The planning committee has been working hard to come up with new and fun ideas. Now we need your help to make sure the meet runs smoothly. If you could could go to the event sign-up on our team site, that would be great. It's easy to do. As we gear up to get ready to have our first annual Spring/Summer “May Fly” meet, we need your help! A big part of what makes this team successful is parent involvement. We could not exist if it wasn’t for all of our parents lending their time and talents. So, it is an expectation that each family signs-up to help with our home meets. If each family elects one time slot on the sign-up list we will have it covered. This is a great opportunity to cheer our kids on...
We are looking for Volunteers to count laps for the swimmers during the swim-a-thon. Easy job and you can sit and bond with other parents :-) To sign up the volunteer needs to log onto the website under family account, click on 'Events', scroll down and click on 'Job Signup' under 'Swim-a-thon Volunteer', check the box of the time/times you want to volunteer and put in your name and phone number. Thanks so much in advance and practice your numbers because these kids can do A LOT of laps :-)
