Please Note These Important Items:

#1:  Use Caps for first letter in proper names/initials and lower case for the rest when filling in information.

Example:  John Smith  9240 North Green Bay Road, Brown Deer, WI 53211. 

#2: Please make sure that all spelling and required information is accurate and up to date.

#3:  Please enter your T-shirt size so we know proper shirt sizes for team t-shirts. 
  
Welcome to the Schroeder Adult Swim Team Registration

Welcome to the Schroeder Adult Swim Team Electronic Registration.  You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to maintain your own contact information, update your banking information and charges to your account.  Once this is done, we will we approve it, and then you will need to go back into your account and put in your credit card and checking account information if you would like to use ACH as your primary payment method.
