Todd Hill - Head Diving Coach / Club Director

Todd is the Head Diving Coach for both the Schroeder Dive Team and the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.

Todd has been the Head Diving Coach for the Schroeder Diving Team since the fall of 2003 after starting as an assistant coach beginning in 2000. In his time at Schroeder, Todd has coached numerous athletes to USA Diving Junior & Senior Nationals, AAU Diving Nationals, and YMCA Nationals. He guided Tori Wood (Lamp) to the 2016 USA Diving Olympic Trials where she finished 8th in the Platform event. Todd is the director of the Wisconsin Diving Association and regularly represents the Wisconsin association on different committees in the organization of USA Diving. In his time as the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee diving coach, he has been named Horizon League Coach of the Year 8 times. He is a USA Diving Certified Master Spotter in Mats, Dryboard, and Trampoline as well as a USA Diving Certifited Coach Instructor certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED, Lifeguard, Concussion Awareness and Safe Sport. Todd graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and was inducted into the UW-Milwaukee Athletic Hall of Fame in 2017. He is married to his wife, Dana, and has three children; Jude, Elsa & Iris.

Mary Rabe - Team Diving Coach / Assistant Club Director

Mary has been a Team Dive Coach / Assistant Club Director for the Schroeder Diving Team since the winter of 2014 meanwhile coaching a multitude of high school diving teams, both boys and girls. Mary coaches at Arrowhead, Badger, Germantown, Menomonee Falls, and University School of Milwaukee / Brown Deer and was awarded the 2022 WISCA Division 1 Girls Diving Coach of the Year. Mary dove for Schroeder competitively beginning in 2002 and from there dove at the collegiate level receiving NCAA All-American Honorable Mention 3 times. She has assisted Todd coaching multiple athletes through USA Junior Nationals and YMCA Nationals. Mary is a USA Diving Certified Coach Instructor with certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED, Lifeguard, Concussion Awareness and Safe Sport. Mary graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design and Marketing. She is married to her husband, Jordan.

Dave Arvai - Team Diving Coach 

Dave is the Lead Team Diving Coach at the Racine Unified Aquatic Center.

Dave has been the Lead Team Diving Coach in Racine since February of 2022. Dave has been the head girls Diving Coach at Racine Case High School since August of 2003. He has coached numerous SEC Conference, WIAA Sectional, and WIAA State Champions during his high school coaching career. Dave is a four-time WISCA Division 1 Girls Diving Coach of the Year. Several of his divers have been named Division 1 Diver of the Year. David is a former WIAA State High School Champion (1991). While in high school, David was a Schroeder Diver competing in numerous USA Diving meets. He competed for the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee (1991-1996) on scholarship where he was a two-time Mid-Continent Conference Diver of the year winning multiple boards over his four-year collegiate career. He was a four-time NCAA Zone Qualifier, and set two records at UWM; one of which stood for over two decades! In May of 1996, Dave obtained his Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from UWM. Dave is currently a Police K-9 Handler with the City of Racine Police Department. Dave is a USA Diving Certified Coach Instructor with certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED, Lifeguard, Concussion Awareness and Safe Sport. Dave is currently the head Diving Coach for Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. He has been coaching the Redbirds since 2022. Dave is married to his wife, Lisa, and has two daughters Talia and Olivia.

Azaan McCray - Assistant Team Diving Coach 

Azaan is an Assistant Team Diving Coach at the Racine Unified Aquatic Center.

Azaan started working as an Assistant Team Diving Coach in Racine in November 2022. Azaan was a member of the Schroeder Diving Team from 2017 to 2022. He was a 2-time WIAA Sectional Champion (2020-2021), 2-time SEC Conference Champion (2019, 2021), 4-time WIAA state medalist (2019-2022) culminating in a 3rd place State performance, a 4-time Racine All-County Athlete of the Year (2019-2022), and a 3-time recipient of the WISCA All-State Honors, under coach Jackie Turner. Azaan holds the 6 and 11 dive records at Racine Case High School, pool records at Indian Trail Academy for 6 dives, and 11 dive records at Port Washington and the RUSD Aquatic Center. Azaan was also an Academic All American in 2022. Azaan is now a junior at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee majoring in Philosophy and Communications in the pre-law track and is a Diver for the UWM swim and dive team.

Garrett Gonwa - Assistant Team Diving Coach 

Garrett is an Assistant Team Diving Coach at the Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center.

Garrett started working for Schroeder in 2019. He was a member of the Schroeder Dive Team team from 2015-2019 and dove for the WIAA D2 at Cedarburg High School. Garrett dove NCAA Division 1 for two years at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Garrett is currently getting his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at UWM, and is planning to pursue an education in sports and performance psychology.

Jackie Turner - Assistant Team Diving Coach 

Jackie is an Assistant Team Diving Coach at the Racine Unified Aquatic Center.

Jackie has been a Team Diving Coach for the Schroeder Diving Team since February of 2022. Jackie competed collegiately for UW-Milwaukee. She has coached various high school teams in both Kenosha and Racine since 2004. Jackie has coached lessons level kids in the Kenosha area for several years. Several of her high school divers have achieved WIAA State Championship medals, and have gone on to dive at the D1 collegiate level. Jackie is a USA Diving Certified Coach Instructor with certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED, Lifeguard, Concussion Awareness and Safe Sport. Jackie is a graduate from Gateway Technical College and is a Registered Nurse.

Wylde Chupich - Lessons Diving Coach 

Wylde is a Lessons Diving Coach at the Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center.

Wylde has been coaching lessons since 2022. She is a Junior at Badger High School and has been a member of the Schroeder Diving Team since 2020. Wylde was the Runner-Up at the WIAA Divison 1 Championships in 2021 and 2022. She also holds the 11 Dive Record at her High School. Wylde was a Region Team Member in 2021 & 2022 and a Zone Qualifier in 2022 as well as a National Qualifier in 2021. She also was a YMCA National Championship Qualifier in 2022.
 

Fynn Langley - Lessons Diving Coach 

Fynn is a Lessons Diving Coach at the Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center.

Fynn has been coaching lessons since 2023. She is a Junior at Germantown High School and has been a member of the Schroeder Diving Team since 2015. Fynn was the Champion at the WIAA Divison 1 Championships in 2023. She also holds the 6 Dive & 11 Dive Records at her High School. Fynn was a Region Team Member in 2021 & 2022 and a Zone Qualifier in 2022. She also was a YMCA National Championship Qualifier in 2022.
