SCHROEDER SWIM NOVICE & REC PROGRAMS
Our Novice Programs are for those that have all the beginner skills learned from Swim Lessons, but are not looking for the competitive team program at this time. Kids in these programs will progress current skills as well as learn more skills like building their endurance and underwater control.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All new athletes will need to go through an evaluation with Caleb Hernday or Phil Davies before registering for a specific program. To schedule an evaluation, please click the link at the bottom of this page or click HERE.
WALTER SCHROEDER AQUATIC CENTER NOVICE PROGRAMS
Schroeder offers Super Stars (4-8 years) and Schroeder Stars (9-12 years) novice programs at the Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center. These programs are for young swimmers new to the sport, who want to test the competitive waters and get a taste of organized swimming fun. Youth do not have to be able to perform all strokes, but must be safe in the water and be able to swim at least 20 Meters / 25 Yards without stopping or assistance. Practices are held two days a week and are coached by Mark Gwidt and Alex Jernberg. During the Fall, Winter and Spring the Super Stars and Schroeder Stars swim in the Schroeder Conference Program.

RAMIREZ AQUATIC CENTER NOVICE PROGRAMS

SOUTH MILWAUKEE SHARKS RECREATIONAL PROGRAM
Schroeder has partnered with the South Milwaukee Recreation Department to offer Red Sharks (6-10 years) and Black Sharks (11-17 years) novice programs at South Milwaukee Middle School. Practices are held three days per week and are coached by Collin Groppi. NICOLET KNIGHTS RECREATIONAL PROGRAM
Schroeder has partnered with the Nicolet Recreation Department to offer White Knights (6-8 years), Light Blue Knights (9-12 years) and Dark Blue Knights (13-14 years) novice programs at Nicolet High School. Practices are held two days per week for the White Knights and three days per week for the Light & Dark Blue Knights. These programs are coached by Johnny Albrightson along with Zach Fernandez, Brandon Pargamotnikas and Joe Lorenz. During the Fall, Winter and Spring the White & Light Blue Knights swim in the Schroeder Conference Program and in an area Recreation Department League. The Dark Blue Knights swim in an area Recreation Department League in the Fall and Winter.
