Meriden -New Britain - Berlin YMCA Seals Swim Team

To challenge all swimmers to strive for excellence through consistent focus on technique improvement, high-quality coaching and whole family involvement, guided by the inclusion and support expected of our MNBB swim team. MNBB consistently strives for improvement. We evaluate the needs and abilities of our athletes in order to provide the upmost high-quality program. We strive to maintain and provide example of, the four core values of the YMCA—Respect, Caring, Responsibility, and Caring.

The YMCA Seals Swim Team is designed to provide all swimmers with the opportunity to be a part of a team, to compete and most importantly have fun! 

Boys and girls ages 5-18 with the ability to swim one lap of the pool without stopping are welcome. For the more competitive swimmers we also give the opportunity to compete in more meets by offering USA swimming in addition to the YMCA  meets. Swim team membership also includes dry land training, sports nutrition classes and team building activities.Let’s not forget about the fun! Make new friends and enjoy team activities such as bowling, pizza parties, pasta dinners, team banquet, and holiday parties.
