REMINDER- HOME East Hartford High School Swim Meet Protocol

This was posted in September, but here is a reminder with the high school boys's season starting.  All EHHS boy's swim meets are posted on the practice calendar so families know when the protocol needs to be followed.

HOME East Hartford High School Swim Meet Protocol

When EHHS has a HOME swim meet swimmers and parents CANNOT come onto the pool deck until coaches give the OK.

All swimmers and parents (if you are staying) should report immediately to the stands through the front doors, they will be unlocked for meets.  Swimmers should not come on the pool deck until the coaches have called them down. 

When swimmers are called down from the stands, they should go OUTSIDE into the gated area and wait until the coaches let them onto the pool deck.  DO NOT ENTER THE POOL THROUGH THE LOCKER ROOMS.  Parents will not be able to come on deck until all high school swimmers have left the deck.

Again, NO SWIMMERS SHOULD ENTER THE LOCKER ROOM AND SWIMMERS SHOULD COME PREPARED TO SWIM.  During boy's season, the girl's locker room is used for the male swimmers.  If swimmers need to change they will be allowed to use the bathrooms in the offices.
