These form must be completed by ALL swimmers new to the LEHY program.
Registration will be completed ON LINE:
YMCA of GREATER HARTFORD LEHY Swim Team Payment Agreement Form- all families will be required to complete this form for automatic monthly payments and for all swim meet entries. Forms must be completed and turned into Kaeley during the first week of practice.
