REGISTRATION OPENS 8/10/2025

IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED BY 9/16, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO $100.00 LATE FEE

(THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NEW  SWIMMERS)

ALL GROUPS START 9/2 (Super Squad 9/3)

Reminder that Dryland sessions are built into the fees!

  • ALL WAHOOS ARE REQUIRED TO BE MEMBERS OF THE WILTON YMCA AND HAVE A CURRENT MEMBERSHIP TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TEAM.
  • DO NOT RE-REGISTER YOUR SWIMMER FOR USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION FOR 2026!  WE WILL BE DOING THE REGISTRATION AS A TEAM!  (TRAINED WORKERS/OFFICIALS/WPAC BOARD MEMBERS WILL HAVE TO RE-REGISTER ON THEIR OWN, BUT DO NOT REGISTER YOUR ATHLETE!)
  • At the time of registration you will pay
    • USA swimming registration fee of $85.00  and
    • 1st month charge for squad. 
  • Payments for swim fees will be at regisration then a monthly payment October 1-March 1, 2026. (7 payments total)
  • After March 1 payment there are no further payments though July 2026!
  • Sibling discount of 5% will be applied for every additional swimmer in the family! (YOU MUST CONTACT JOANN TO REGISTER SIBLINGS!)
  • TEAM DEVELOPMENT - Fundraising requirement that MUST be completed by April 2026. (More info is on the parent page under Team Development)
  • PARENT WORK POLICY- We host many meets during the course of the year.  If your swimmer(s) are in the meet, you will be required to work.
  •  MEET ENTRY FEES are NOT included in your fees.  They will be billed through your Wahoo account, not your YMCA account

Work Policy/Athlete Code of Conduct/Parent Code of Conduct and Photography Consent Forms will need to be completed for registration to be complete!

  • THE BALANCE OF PAYMENTS WILL BILL OUT AUTOMATICALLY ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH
