Meets and Closing Dates! THIS IS IMPORTANT

Wahoo Familes!

Meets are posted for the season for signups!  (with the exception of Championships)

I realize that many have early closing dates, but I NEED TO STRESS THAT LONG COUSE SEASON IS A SHORT WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY TO COMPETE!

In order to secure our entry into an away meet, we need to send entries early!  In order to know what space we have in our meets DEPENDS on how many swimmers we have of our own!

Once an entry is sent to a host team , THERE IS NO GUARANTEE WE ARE ABLE TO ENTER LATE SIGNUPS! 

If in doubt, I would suggest you sign up!  As long as the FINAL ENTRY AND PAYMENT has not been sent to the host team, you will be able to withdraw.   I WILL POST ON THE SIGNUP PAGE WHEN ENTRIES ARE SENT!

ONCE FINAL ENTRY IS SUBMITTED AND PAYMENT BY THE WAHOOS MADE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MEET FEES!

Coaches appreciate your help in getting this done ASAP!  Questions about a meet, reach out to your coach!  They are most qualified to answer about your swimmer and that meet.

JERSEY WAHOO MEET is the exception~~ Right now it is open for a YES or NO to decide, if it will be a travel meet.  Once that is decided, the signup will change to normal sign up!  Once it changes, it will follow the above rules!
