It’s that time again…Who doesn’t LOVE pies and cookies?!?     Order your pies and cookie dough for the Thanksgiving Holiday and support Wahoos at the same time!                       

 

Order your pies and cookie dough for the Thanksgiving Holiday and support the Wahoos at the same time!  
 
Purchase of any pie or cookie dough,shippable item or soup  will go towards your 2024-25 fundraising obligation  for the Wahoos.
($ 4.00 - $6.00 per item sold goes back to your fundraising or 40% of all other items including donation soup. The more the Wahoos sell, the higher the credit! )  
 
Don’t forget- The store is only open until October 15 so act now!

How to order:

  • Log onto https://my.mcmfundraising.com/signup/AF7D to sign up for the Wahoo fundraising program.
  • Once you sign up, you can send emails to friends and family to order frozen pies and cookie dough - these will need to be local since everything is frozen.  Don't forget to order some for yourself!
  • For friends and family who are not local, there is a product line called "Simply Shipped" which has a variety of tumblers, coffee, popcorn, teas, and more that can be directly shipped to anyone in the country.  Payment can be made directly on line with a credit card. To keep everything paperless, we are asking everyone to put their orders in through the online system so we do not have to collect any cash or checks.  
  • Also, if you want to help support the Wahoos but don't want the pies and cookie dough in your freezer -- you can donate soup to help fill the shelves at the Wilton Food Pantry! Once you are logged into your account, there will be an option to donate.

Timing of Program:

- Program will open on  9/23/2023

Program ends on 10/15/2023 - Orders need to be placed and completed online by this time.

  • Frozen Pies and Frozen Cookie Dough will be delivered to the YMCA on Saturday, November 16th and pick up will be in the afternoon. Pies and cookie dough will need to be picked up on the 16th since we do not have room to store them.  You will be responsible for picking up any orders that were sold through you and then you will need to deliver them to your friends and family who ordered. 
  • If you order something from the "Simply Shipped" line it will be directly mailed to you or whoever ordered the product.

How Much Goes to My Fundraising?:

  •  A minimum of $4- $6  from every pie or cookie dough sold will go towards your fundraising commitment for the year - the more pies we sell as an organization, the more dollars will go towards your fundraising.
