| How do I join Masters? |
BMAC Masters swimmers need to register with US Masters Swimming. Once that registration is completed you still need to register with BMAC to pay your monthly fees. |
| Does my child have to attend every day? |
Our Stroke School & Torpedoes do not have mandatory practice attendance requirements. A-Team & High School swimmers do have practice requirements and higher expectations. |
| What time is practice? |
Rowdy 5-7 and/or Vanguard 4:30-6:30 |
| How much does it cost? |
Fees start at $75 per month in our Stroke School Team and go up as the swimmer moves to higher skill level groups. |

| What training group should my child be in? |
The coaches will decide which group is best for your child. |
| How do I find out about workout changes, and weather related issues? |
Workout changes will be posted on social media or our new communication app SportsYou using the code FMEU-ECJF |
| How do I order team swimsuits, training equipment? |

| Is Fundraising Required? |
Starting January 1, 2024 BMAC families will have a fundraising mandatory responsibility to support the team. |
| How do I check my account? |
You must login to the BMAC website and then click My Account under the sign-in box |
| How do I pay my account? |
Program Fees are billed to your Team Account on the 1st of each month. Account must be paid by Credit Card or ACH (e-check). |
| How do I suspend my account to stop billing? |
To suspend billing, you must send an email using the Contact Us link on the home page. Please notify us within 10 days before the end of the month. |
| How do I reactivate my account? |
Send us an email for Reactivation using Contact Us. |
| What are meet fees and how do I pay them? |
Meet entry fees are billed to your team account. Those fees are determined by the hosting team, not BMAC. |
| Which meets should I enter? |
Check the meet description on the Event Page to see if the meet is for your child’s level or training group. |
| How do I enter swim meets? |
You will receive an email 7 days before the entry deadline inviting you to sign-up on the BMAC website. Simply Accept or Decline the invite. Are team suits required? Team suits are required for all swim meets. Can I wear a tech suit at all meets? Tech suits are mostly for championship meets but your swimmer can always talk to their coach about possibly wearing it. Are team caps required? BMAC swim caps are required at all meets. |

| How do I check my child’s entry? |
You can check your child’s entry by logging in and checking the Event Page. |
| How can I cancel or change my child’s entry? |
You must notify a coach by email before the posted entry deadline for event change requests or to not attend the meet. |
| How do I find qualifying time standards? |
