| Tentative Meet Schedule for Fall/Winter 2023-2024 ***We will be attending YMCA & USA Sanctioned meets this year. We hope to have our full meet schedule published by early September.

1. Swimmers must swim in at least 2 official meet to be eligible to swim in the Heartland YMCA Central Region Championship Meet (known as Regionals)
2. Swimmers must swim in 3 meets to be eligible to swim in the Heartland YMCA Area Championship Meet (known as Area) (must also have a qualifying time for individual races)
3. YMCA Swim Meets: Swimmers age at the meet start date
4. All Meets require additional fees that must be paid to participate:
* Surcharge fee: fee paid just to enter the meet
* Event entry fee: fee paid per event entered (swimming 4 events, you'll pay 4 times the event fee)
* Relay entry fee: fee paid (divided by 4) for each relay swimmer is assigned to swim
* YMCA meet fees will be assessed the week following the swim meet and must be paid prior to the meet.
