SCAY Records Fall at YMCA Central District Championships

The SCAY Aqualions set 6 new team records at the 2025 YMCA Central District Championship Meet!

The team of Connor Dixon, Jack Wolfe, Lucas Mercier, and DAmien Orfanoudakis set a new record time of 3:33.38  in the Boys 13-14 400 free relay, dropping 3 seconds from the previous mark of 3:36.73 set in 2018.

The same team also broke the Boys 13-14 200 freestyle relay record set in 1995 with a time of 1:35.85.

Individual records also fell:

Odin Leonard broke team records in both the Boys 11-12 50  and 100 breaststroke with times of 31.89 and the 1:10.20, respectively.

Kingston Lin broke the 11-12 Boys 200 butterfly record with a time of 2:22.47.

Lin also set new marks in the 11-12 Boys 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:31.58.

Damien Orfanoudakis broke the 13-14 Boys team record in both the 100 and 200 backstroke with times of 55.01 and 1:59.10, respectively.
